Comment from Don Trump on 2016-06-02 13:07:07: Bethany Villa Apartments was a pleasant place to live until several years ago when Paragon Management (Margaret Davey) took over. Since then, nothing gets done properly. She has yet to find a qualified manager to work for her longer than a few months. Two years ago the manager (Pamela Jenkins) was rightly demoted to receptionist in charge of greeting visitors, answering phones, delegating maintenance runs, and preparing the monthly newsletter. The Assistant Manager did the important paperwork, but their job titles stayed the same--Just one of the many indications at how backwards things have become. Cast of characters: Margaret Davey: Ms "I don't care" and "so what" Pamela Jenkins: A prime example of what happens when we give these people degrees for taking online classes (in counseling??!!).
