This senior living community offers those that qualify the enjoyment and freedom that comes with an affordable apartment. Hazel Park Manor is nationally recognized as “a Community of Quality” by the National Affordable Housing Management Association. Hazel Park Manor Co-op Apartments does not allow smoking in any common areas, and within 25 feet of the building. Resident members have the privacy of their apartments, but also enjoy the frequent community activities. During the week the resident members can join in on crafts, coffee klatch, many various holiday dinners and card games. There are many opportunities to partake in lively social gatherings.
