Comment from Regretful on 2020-04-16 10:50:24: Colonial Homes in Blackshear Georgia deserve a negative 0 for a review. This was one of my worst living. The only thing u see in this complex is drugs being sold and loud music being played..EVERYDAY. Some tenants have no respect for others and there’s no need to make an complaint because nothing will be done. She might act as if she cares but she truly don’t. A lot of favoritism takes place at this place. Reaching out to someone when you have a problem is a NEGATIVE because they’re never in the office and never answer your calls. Voicemails never get returned! Colonial Homes in Blackshear can’t keep a property manager, that’s always a problem. Even the previous manager that was there was involved in drugs smh. Manager before that just didn’t care about the property. Don’t be fooled..everyone needs to know the truth!

I watch people sell drugs all the time and it’s the same tenants that does that. Sleeping isn’t an option either, it’s very noisy all the time! I’m moving fast.
