Comment from valerie j green on 2022-01-12 10:22:08: Reid Manis is not taking care of the elderly apartments at 401 south 4th avenue. Commodes are leaking and over half the apartments are full of bed bugs and roaches. Reid has promised to have the problems taken care of over a month ago. He is not doing anything and letting the elderly suffer. I have reported him to elderly abuse. I hope you can solve the problems at this address. 401 s. 4th ave. apt. 10. There is a desperate need for a new manager who will address the problems at this apartment complex. Thank you.
