Comment from Dianne Enterkin on 2017-02-02 14:24:30: We had the worst experience ever at Hillcrest Apt. After jumping thru every hoop the manager gave us,(even putting what she TOLD us to), my son's application was denied. The manager (name unknown) would not give us a phone number, and had to keep going back. When she wasn't at Walmart (as her mother would say) we had to wake her up! The sign on the door says she works 2-6:00,but not every day, and at 3:15 sign still said closed. After doing everything that was required, she said would know Monday morning... Finally, at 3:30 that Monday was told did not qualify. Something she should have known from the beginning! I spent hundreds of dollars (including a 'cash only' application fee, and motel for 4 days to get everything done. I'm out of town and was urgent for my son and granddaughter. They were totally displaced. A resident saw we knocking on doors and even wall trying to get someone's attention and said "Good luck, she's never there!" I could go on and on about how she said she got her family in, etc. This person is simply totally incompetent to be in such an important position.

Comment from stella on 2017-06-25 15:33:32: I have been trying to get into an apartment since the 4th of June I took my app fee and background check up there on the 5th I told her I needed to be in there by the 26th she said I would well a week later I finally caught her in the office because she is never in there I get told I didn't fill out everything so she couldn't send my app off she didn't even try to call me to tell me well I get that taken care of and them it takes another week to finally get in touch with her to give her my money to move in well thursay the 22ND she received my money and I turned the lights on but she will not give me the key until she cleans the carpet which she was supposed to do Friday the 23rd and she didn't here I am three days away from needing to be in the aparmament and I keep getting the run around she has my money and the lights are on and being used this is not good buiness and I am not happy at all
