Details: Park Place Apartments is an affordable housing community subject to maximum rent and income limits. We strive to offer our residents a quite, peaceful, safe, clean and yet affordable oasis to call home in the fast growing Fort Myers-Cape Coral metropolitan area. We offer two different unit types and rent levels: 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Units (648 square feet): Current rent special is $600; 2 Bedroom/1 Bath Units (839 square feet): Current rent special $700. We are also located just south of Veterans Park Recreation Center, a Lee County-operated facility that offers a broad array of programs for members. The center offers fitness programs, art classes, martial arts classes, dance and toddler classes. It also has a full game room, weight room with locker rooms and two full sized basketball courts in the gymnasium for pick up basketball, soccer and volleyball. Park Place Apartments is also conveniently located within 1-2 miles of the major Lehigh Acres downtown shopping district along Homestead Road. These allows residents to engage in shopping, dining, and other activities that are within a few minute drive or even within 15-30 minute walking distance.
