Comment from Barndollar on 2016-01-30 03:37:21: These facilities are in need of a proper maintenance caretaker not a hob knober any projects needing to be done take weeks including removing a bathtub and replacing in a tenant occupied rental which 8 days and still no bathing facilities, the sitting manager is very friend objective, she has background checks done on people, then she makes accusations to that person about their past at the word of her friends. Property Managers are supposed to follow the laws set forth and their own personal feelings or that of their friends are not supposed to call the shots. Property Managers are also supposed to be in constant overseers of the maintenance being performed in tenant occupied residences to make sure it is done in a timely manner not to disrupt the lives of the tenants. Do you think not being able to take a shower in 8 days might be disrupting to anyone. Also when a tenant moves into a rental there should not be mold in the refrigerator and food waste on and in the stove and leaves stuck behind the fridge cooling lines. The splatter Gaurd behind the stove should not be covered with grease and food, and under the sink was a wide open 1' x 1' hole left wide open. There shouldn't be a bubble in the ceiling above the patio doors, but it was painted and had new hardwood floors. When you are a property manager, being buddies with the help is not during work hours, you have to be the boss at times and harassing tenants because your friend or family doesn't like them is not appropriate for a property manager. This is how it goes in the Lakeview Villas 200 12th St Clermont Florida 34711, sad part is all tenant wants is to live peacefully when not at work.
