Comment from Anonymously on 2024-10-03 17:26:26: Why do you allow another tenant to do another tenant wrong that they had to move when the problem tenant should have been evicted yes I'm talking about Nikki. She was the the who did Dawn wrong & dawn has health issues. Also as a friend of Dawn's her bedroom wall had a awful smell in it and this was brought to julies attention since the mold was in her bathroom. After people move the apt gets redone with no carpet in the living room having dawn pay for carpet is unfair when dawn cats are very clean and use their pans only never smelled anything & others didn't either. Nikki gets away with everything. Dawn is a great tenant and bothers Noone. Can't you check things before charging maybe it's something else not from her cats. I smell in the bedroom walls strong mold. Smell the wall please
