Details: Mountain Springs Apartment complex offers an ideal location for those who enjoy the convenience of living outside the hustle and bustle of city life, but also enjoy being surrounded by nature at the end of the day. When you experience Mountain Springs Apartments for the first time you'll notice it has a warm charm and character of its own. Our spacious apartment homes have something to offer everyone. We offer two bedroom units. All units have washer/dryer connections along with FF refrigerators, stoves, and carpets throughout.

Pets allowed: Yes

We allow dogs and cats only. Our Pet Fee is $300.00 for the first pet and $300.00 for the second pet. All animals MUST weigh 30 pounds or less and we allow a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment. All pets must be neutered or spayed and have had all their shots. We must have copies of the paperwork from your vet and animals must be brought to the office for a picture before moving them into the apartment. We DO NOT allow farm animals, snakes, lizards or other exotic animals.
