Details: Blackstone Falls is located in Central Falls, RI alongside the Blackstone River which divides Central Falls and neighboring Cumberland. Originally the Valley Falls Company Mill built in 1849, Blackstone Falls was renovated into 132 apartments in 1978. Applicants must be income eligible based on the income limits established by HUD under the Section 8 and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit programs. We offer quality, affordable housing for elderly and disabled residents. Heat, hot water and electricity are included in the rent. A hidden jewel, Blackstone Falls is located in the city but maintains a quiet, community setting. The interior and exterior of the building has original brick and wood beams that add to its charm. We are located within minutes of downtown Providence and within walking distance of public transportation. Our professional on-site management and maintenance team provides friendly customer service. Blackstone Falls residents have access to amenities and resident services including a resident fitness center, free common area Wifi, community room, library, business center, laundry facilities, elevators, recycling program and resident activities. Our building has one and two bedroom units. All utilities are included, pets are welcome and each unit is equipped with emergency pull cords which provide added safety.
