Comment from Roseanna Collins on 2022-01-12 10:27:45: There isnt never anybody in the office at these apartments here in Erwin tn,my daughter put in an application for an apartment, the maintenance man said that there was apartments coming a available,she paid application fee of 25.00,as well as a other person at same time,to no availability, so why take people money if you dont have anything available this is a rip off I'm considering contacting the BBB And see what I can get done.
