Comment from Gloria kennedy on 2017-08-08 12:47:16: To whom it may concern,I have lived at Grove Apartments for 15years and at this time now,Grove is in the worst condition I have ever seen it.We need things fixed and have for months and it has not been done because the Supervisor over Grove in Vidalia keep saying it is not in the budget which is not true.Someone need to come down here and see for yourself.This complex is going down because you have put people in place that does not care about the tenants.The tenants are fed up with this kind of treatment and something has to be done now!We at Grove Apartments need immediate assistance now.Please respond immediately!
