Comment from Connie Adkins on 2016-11-17 14:27:51: I want to know why a paranoid, recovering crack addict has been allowed to move into these apartments and risk the security of the elderly residents there. Why was this allowed and who is going to be responsible when someone is badly hurt, has a stroke or heart attack from fear or is even killed???? This has always been a safe, peaceful apartment complex after if was converted from assisted living.
