Comment from Brian Carter on 2018-01-04 13:56:53: Deposite has not been refunded,waiting now since august 4th 2015. Landlord accepted gifts from tenant knowing the tenant was on hospice, mentally ill and incompetent. Landlord promised to return property taken back to family and failed to return tools. Landlord did not inspect apartment for e weeks after vacated and clean. Landlord promised tenants family deposits back. Landlord promised to pay the person he chose for the job and did not pay tenants loved one There is video footage of the clean apartment and the work being done by family member and family members hired help.The monroe Manor Apartments / JL Grey Company. Has caused damages to tenants family and will be sued in the court of law for the physical injuries tenants family member suffered while working for JL Grey. Inc property Manager, causing tenant to not be put to rest from not returning security deposits and failing to pay monies promised for cleaning and vacating apartment and turning head leaving no explanation to their not paying their bill.
