Tri-Met bus lines border the building and reserved off street parking is available for residents. Marshall Union Manor serves as a dining site for Meals on Wheels People providing lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30 to 12:30pm. No more worries about expensive home maintenance and repairs, grass cutting, and difficult yard work. We’ll take care of all that for you! Marshall’s many amenities include beauty and barber shops, guest room, laundry rooms, garden area, in-house library, activity room, clubs and activities, and planned trips throughout the year. Rents are affordable at Marshall Union Manor. We have no costly buy-in fees and rent is very affordable. For those individuals that qualify – Federal Rent Subsidies are available.
