Comment from Master C on 2014-12-15 21:27:50: I used to live in in there and the apartments are indeed infested with Mold, they covered it all with paint and kol-kin (like a white rubber cover up) before we moved in so we couldn't see it. But after a few months mold started showing everywhere, when we called to notify this and request maintenance they said it was our fault and deny maintenance for it. We were constantly sick. They lie constantly, and will deny anything that is not in writing. I should have paid attention to the reviews online before I signed my lease. I would never recommend this place. The green areas are disgusting, there is trash and dirt everywhere, the laundry is a joke, always dirty and water all over the floors, when you try to report it they will tell you that they wont clean it because is the company that brings the machines responsibility...Are we serious here??? So they will not clean the water on the floor and let someone have an accident?? This people are extremely irresponsible, and they know nothing of customer service. Oh and beware they will increase your rent once your lease is up for renewal for ridiculous amounts that the place is not worth it. They should be ashamed of themselves. Do yourself a favor and avoid being fooled by this people they will make your life hell.
