Comment from at sabel cove on 2014-12-15 20:33:21: they will be nice at first Vivian will be so nice after you sign a lease your a monster. She pick out the units for you you have no say, donot rent the washing machine dyer they are old rust and the change u 48/50 a month when the making profit for old ones, the apts are nasty dirty they donot clean them either, there drugs all over my children % at that see drug deals. it so bad here then they charging high rent for our section 8 ripping off the state. they charge us 65 for cable we cannot even call to get our service cheaper so they abuse and use us low income families here.never repaint make us sign a lease 3 month before due date when we told he re we living vivvan said we cannot. shes rude nasty.oh all she does is gossip about her staff we just heard she fired two and our evelny was fired she was the best one in that office the rest female are rude. lies that all we hear promises broken.please help us report vivian she a nasty rude person.
