Comment from Anonymous on 2014-12-18 03:19:52: Lawns are not kept up - grass has died and has been overrun with weeds. Playground is no longer safe for tenants children to play on - equipment is falling apart (slide is major safety issue, and no longer usable. The metal sheeting used for the slide is hanging half off the frame.) Siding on several of the apartment buildings has blown off and has not been replaced. Several staircases have fallen away from main structure, with more needing to be tightened to structural support. Maintenance concerns within apartments are handled on a yearly basis (at best - or not at all), and parts provided by management are of inferior quality resulting in more work for maintenance (who is never there to begin with). Half of the apartments are not rented, despite the need for housing to accommodate oil field workers.
