Details: Southgate proudly serves individuals who need rental assistance, elderly persons and the disabled for qualifying residents. Applicants with and without housing choice vouchers or veterans affairs supportive housing vouchers are encouraged to inquire. Financing is managed by Nevada Rural Housing Authority (NRHA) and provided by the USDA 515 and the use of Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC). When you’re a resident at Southgate Apartments, our numerous amenities will cater to all of your needs. Start your day with an energizing workout in our fitness room, or relax and read a book in the library. Need a laptop? Not a problem! Our apartments offer a computer room and wifi, a BBQ/Picnic area, a dog park, a laundry facility and a community room ideal for socializing and unwinding. In order to ensure your comfort, there is onsite management and security cameras available. The individual apartments have the option for one- and two-bedrooms floor-plans, all including energy efficient appliances, extra storage and HVAC systems.
