Comment from sally on 2013-06-27 12:40:14: place is sadly falling apart, alot of mold problems(head of maintenance believes mold doesnt harm tenants/causes health concerns &that if he decides to clean it he uses plain ol'soap n water and blames the tenants if it comes back) recent outbreaks of bedbugs in the apartments(they do not treat the direct apartments that share wallspace until an infestation has formed, by then most people leave) lots of tenants complaining of carpenter ants that we cannot get rid of, a couple of tenants have been moved into FILTHY apartments(mice droppings, smoke infested, broken cabinets/horrible smelly carpets with stains) the management does not treat their tenants equally, and tenants have been charged for items that were broken before they moved in or fell apart even if it wasnt their fault and they also have a contractor that has taken pics of a female's personal laundry and has shown others. Move in if have to, but move out as soon as you are financially able to afford another apartment somewhere else.
