Details: Briar Pipe is located in the village community of Penacook, NH, directly north of Concord. We offer 1 & 2 bedroom units. It is a site based section 8 community with income restrictions and eligibility requirements of elderly (62+) and/or people with disabilities. Rents are calculated at 30% of household income and include heat, hot water, electricity, water & sewer. Briar Pipe is a smoke free building. Pets are allowed based on our pet policy. We offer on-site management and maintenance with 24 hour emergency maintenance service. Briar Pipe is located on a large site with lots of room to walk and enjoy the surroundings. We have a community garden, a bright & sunny community room, on-site laundry and plenty of parking. The building has an intercom system in the foyer to allow guests to contact residents upon their arrival.

Comment from K.connor on 2019-05-02 17:30:43: Not senior housing anymore . They are for elderly also physically and mentally handicapped and the age can be as young as 30 or so. Not a good combination for seniors. Age gap too much.not quiet and peaceful anymore.think twice.
