Comment from Shmor on 2015-10-22 21:41:00: Monumental apartments is not monumental at all. No garden style living no grass just trash. The manager in the Caroline St office is comparable to a slave master. They take months to fix important items in the apartment. Everything inside the apartment is fake from the fake wood floors to the fake grante top in the kitchen. People you can do much better. Save yourself from living in hell. I wish someone would have taken the time to write reviews about this management company before I moved in. Now stuck trying to find away out.
