Comment from Ash. on 2024-10-05 01:27:57: This place is Infested with mice black mold drug dealers and hood rats! No type of professionalism or peace at all whatsoever! The staff and management are Completely negligent nonchalant and careless when it comes to tenants and issues that need attending to!!! Shooting all the time at all hours of the day or night bullies putting guns to children's heads while they throw out the trash and office staff do nothing and make false reports if they don't like you or if you report them! They illegally try to evict people that don't know their rights! This is by far the worst place in harford county!!!!!!! If I could leave I would.. if I had the authority I would tear this whole place down and make all management and staff suffer the consequences for their neglect unproffesionalism narcissistic toxic disgusting actions as well as revoking their license to rent! This entire place disgusts me!!! The first chance I get im gone! I have put in 4 livability complaints and still they do nothing about the black mold or anything.. I've been complaining about the black mold since 2018 and they still won't do anything! They failed to change the fire alarm batteries for 2 years and tried to charge me for them not doing their job. Medical staff have even written about the neglect and still no response or care!!!! Instead of accepting responsibility for thier neglect and disrespect they blame it on the tenants! Many people have the same issues but are afraid to speak up due to retaliation! I'm tired of staying quiet about what's going on here!!! The health department over here is neglectful as well when notified of black mold. Don't waste your time or jeopardize yours or your children's health! The staff and management make it sound nice and look nice on the outside but it's as bad as being in the city in the middle of a gang rivalry! I will keep reporting and leaving reviews until they get shut down!!! This is not government assistance its government negligence and failure to help the people in need of any assistance! Places like this is where the governor mayor and president need to focus on fixing and helping people in need instead of loading their pockets living the life while we suffer in poverty and filth!!! Low income people deserve the same treatment and help as the rich do... this is not equality at all!!!! #EndLowIncomeSuffering!

I have had the pleasure of being a part of the Village community on Fisherman Lane in Edgewood, MD for a little over 2 years. Here, the office staff: Property manager Jaclyn, Coordinator Angela, Office Assistant Renee and Consultant Mimi go out of their way to make you feel as though you’re an integral part of the community. I’ve noticed that they greet each resident by name (equipped with titles - Mr/Mrs etc… ) what a nice touch! I am going to miss living in a neighborhood where various stores , eateries and bus routes are just a hop-skip & jump away! Most importantly, I will miss the camaraderie shared by the four ladies listed above. Thank you all for making my stay at the Village an enjoyable one.
