Details: Horizon Lodge is a not-for-profit, apartment complex located in Conrad, Montana, that is open to all persons 62-years of age and over or handicapped/disabled individuals. The Horizon Lodge has been providing affordable housing to residents for 45 years! The Horizon Lodge is a wonderful place to make new friends, improve your standard of living, and enjoy life! We strive to maintain a caring and sensitive staff who treat each resident like a member of their own family. We are proud to provide apartments where our residents can live in a community with several amenities and ample recreation. Every Horizon Lodge apartment is rented on a month-to-month basis without buy-in fees or a long-term lease. All apartments are unfurnished, enabling you to bring your favorite items to make your apartment home. Apartments feature a kitchenette, closet and storage space, wall-to-wall carpet, individually controlled thermostat, tub/shower combination (walk-in showers available), linoleum floor in bathrooms, and hot water heat. Enjoy peace of mind knowing that each apartment features smoke alarms that are monitored 24-hours a day. Interested in living at the Horizon Lodge? The procedure is simple! Just request and complete our short application process. Our attentive staff can assist you during a visit or over the phone with any questions you may have. Prices includes rent, utilities, light housekeeping, meals, and off-street parking for one resident. Add $350 for each additional member that will reside at the Horizon Lodge. Housing subsidy assistance is available and our deposits are less than the apartment monthly fee. Dogs and cats (20 pounds and under), birds, companion, and service animals are welcomed.
