Details: At Sunnycrest Village, residents have their own private apartment while enjoying the benefits of independent retirement community living. Sunnycrest has 103 apartments on street level and 120 apartments in two, connected, three story buildings with elevators. We have a total 11 lounges, three community decks, one ground patio and three elevators. We are excited for the Grand Opening of the new South Tower, in early 2022, adding 60 more units to our campus! Sunnycrest Village serves residents of all income levels. Our apartment complex offers reasonably priced market rate apartments. Market rate rents range from around $495 to $1115, depending on the size of one or two bedroom apartment desired. We offer 20 HUD subsidized apartment and also accept Sioux Falls Housing Choice Vouchers. No investment, endowment or entrance fee is required for an apartment at Sunnycrest Village. Only a minimal security deposit, which becomes part of the refundable damage deposit, is required when an apartment is selected. Property Amenities: On-site office & maintenance staff; 24 hour on-call emergency support; 11 conveniently located resident lounges; Off-street parking & attached and unattached garages; Individual mailboxes; On-site Chapel with ecumenical services; Inner courtyards & screened gazebo; Garden plots & apple trees; On-site library & bookmobile services; Beauty/Barber shop; Computer with Internet and Hotspot; 2-one story buildings; 2-multi story buildings; Exercise and Clinic Room. Apartment Amenities: Nine floor plans to choose from; One & two bedroom apartments; Fully equipped kitchens (some with dishwashers); Individually controlled heating & cooling systems; Bathrooms equipped with safety bars & walk-in showers; Maintenance & repairs in the apartment for Sunnycrest owned appliances.
