Sanders on 2012-07-17 13:07:34: Dear Charisma Property Management, I received your denial letter today for an Apartment at Meadowlands, and quite frankly, I think it is totally unfair to judge me because of a credit report. To my knowledge, I have not ever had an eviction filing, or judgement against me. I know my credit score is low, and this is because of I have been a victim of abuse against women, and divorces. I was left with bills that were to high for me to pay due to being on disability, and a very low fixed income. I have worked with the Council on Sexual assault and Domestic Violence, and they have helped me very much in my time of need. Also, being a disabled person, I am unable to work due to my illnesses, and NEED low-income housing, as I can't afford any other regular apt. I live month to month due to the low amount of disability benefits that I receive monthly. Please reconsider my application, as I currently live at a rental house where the rent and utilities exceed my monthly income, and I cannot continue to live here. Currently, my son, who is 26 years old, was suppose to find employment here in Le Mars, and has failed to do so, resulting in me having to move. Please, reconsider my application asap, as I am all packed to move to Meadowlands in Viborg, and have no other place to go except for a homeless shelter. My landlord called today, and said that she is wanting to rent this house to someone else asap, and that I need to move out asap., and I have no other place to move too. I don't have the time to request a report from the credit bureau, and I know that I have bad credit, but I have never been evicted or had a judgement against me that I know of. I have to move NOW, and hope that you will reconsider my application for Meadowlands.
