Comment from shun jones on 2012-08-20 21:25:18: i have been on the waiting list at this place for about two years now. the company has been through two apartment managers since then and the new apartment manager claudette ross needs to be investigated! i was told by her that my application was lost and that i had to fill out another one....i have other friends that also applied at this apartment complex before mrs ross got there that has not got an apartment but its kind of strange how people that know this lady previously applied and already have apartments on top of that some of these people attend mrs ross church then she let one lady move in with out even getting a utility sheet signed for her electricity i talk with some workers from housing authority and i was told both utility bills has to be on and in the head of house holds name and a paper has to be signed from both utility companies before a key is issued but maybe perry park policy is different. she does not go by the hud book at all. i have been to the office several times and she's not there and i sit and wait and she pulls up at 9:30 A.M this issue needs to be address i have spoken with several of people that live in these apartments concerning mrs ross and they also agreed that she lets people that recently applied thats she knows well move in and just skips over the people that have been waiting for ever its not fair and its not right. i would love to speak with someone other than mrs ross about her actions they are very unprofessional and hud needs to get to the bottom of this
