Comment from Resident on 2015-05-21 02:04:04: since a new apt manager took charge its been a less tenant friendly place to live. The air conditioning is inadequate and the hallways that used to be cool in the summer aren't any longer. Hit air is forced into the building directly from the outside and can reach into the 90 degree range. It wasn't always that way although the new manager would have you believe otherwise. Because of the gaps around the apt unit doors has large gaps that hot humid air comes rushing into the apartments making summers nearly intolerable for many living here. The managerial excuses are lame and utterly dishonest to put it bluntly. It could be that no one here knows what they are doing but I believe its about caring more about the bottom line and Cutting expensive than the comfort and wellbeing of the elderly many of whom have health issues that require clean dry filtered AC during the hot hay fever months. I've enjoyed living here apart from that. It's a nice well kept building but its not what it once was when under the previous building manager, Mr John Otten.

Comment from Dissatisfied on 2018-01-02 15:12:44: Poor substandard living conditions. Hot in summer & bitter cold in winter. Move to the east bldg if you decide to move into Panorama. It has different owners & is taken care of adequately. West bldg & management, 1 Star & that's being generous.

Comment from Wayne Hensley on 2022-01-11 13:00:41: I get SSDI 800 month looking for a one bedroom Ii got a section 8 voucher but I'm 61 now got a birthday coming up in March 23 2022 I will be 62 but my voucher run out on the 21 of March 2 date before my birthday I was wondering if you all can let me have the apartment one bedroom
