Details: Cumberland Manor is a 59 unit family housing complex located in scenic southern Pulaski County just across U.S. 27 near beautiful Lake Cumberland. The site features one, two and three bedroom units. The one bedroom units are one story. The two and three bedroom units are townhouses. There are no elderly or family restrictions in the admission of residents. Families must meet the income limits established by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. There are handicapped accessible units available within the complex. Recent renovations include window replacement, installation of heating and air conditioning units, replacement of major appliances and carpeting, new entry doors and landscaping. Cumberland Manor has staff onsite Monday through Friday with maintenance on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is a laundry room on site. Cumberland Manor has a community room on site, home to various programs and activities throughout the year, including classes from the Pulaski County Extension Service, holiday parties and gatherings. There is an outdoor recreational area which includes a playground, a basketball court, grills and picnic tables. The Pulaski County Board of Education also offers free lunches and books to the children of Cumberland Manor throughout the summer months. Cumberland Manor is in Pulaski County and is in very close proximity to beautiful Lake Cumberland. The complex is also in walking distance to local stores and banking.
