Comment from VeryUpset on 2015-07-14 02:42:07: My friend rents from Indian hills and she has been having issues with a particular set of neighbors. Alot of the neighbors are have had problems with these tenants.I came to pick my friend up from herand her baby up from her apartment. I got out of the car and walked into my friends apartment while she was loading her baby and things into the car. I used the bathroom and came back out and leaned against my car talking on the phone while I talked on my headset. This tenant in particular was facing towards me. She took my conversation as towards her. She got up and said we'll see about this and stomped over to the landlord who happened to be outside. First point, if I was yelling and calling ides out of her name, why didn't the landlord hear all this commotion and profanity. My friend told me pull up to the landlord and other tenant. The landlord asked my friend what happened and my friend tried to explain. As soon as she started talking the other tenant talked over me and her. Then the landlord began yelling and saying that there was on way that she was lying and that I was banned. I tried to show her my phone to show I'd been on the phone when this incident happened. She refused to look at the phone or listen. Then her husband stepped forward and began to yell that I need to leave. I was shocked and afraid. Why would this Man step into a conversation between tenants and women at that. We wasn't a threat. We weren't yelling. We were calm. Everybody else was loud. For him to step forward was aggression. I am going to file a police report because it shook me that bad. I think this whole situation wasn't ethical or professional. I will be contacting the owner of these apartment to see if a resolution could be reached.
