Details: All apartments have ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room, lights in the closet, smoke alarm, cable connection, phone jacks, and several outlets spaced around the walls. 48 one bedroom apartments that are 680 sq. ft., 8 one bedroom handicap apartments that are 705 sq. ft., and 8 two bedroom apartments that are 845 sq. ft. The kitchen is furnished with an electric range and a refrigerator. There is a pantry closet and washer and dryer hookups. Grounds and grass around all apartments are maintained by a contract with an outside source. There is plenty of space for small flower beds at each apartment. Parking space is provided, although specific spaces are not assigned to each apartment. There is a community center for use by the tenants; play games, family gatherings, parties, etc. A local health facility comes to the complex once a month to have bingo and do blood pressure checks, etc.
