Details: Sun Valley Apartments are located on West Ross Street in the old downtown area of the Historic City of Batesville. Batesville offers all the necessites close at hand, including supermarkets, banking, a hospital and other medical services. The beautiful White River flows through the middle of the city creating a vast array of industry along the banks as well as an excellent source of fishing. Also in the area are a large Wal-Mart, many specialty shops, endless dining establishments and almost anything else anyone could want. On the banks of the scenic White River, Batesville offers many other recreational opportunities such as parks, a movie theatre, many social groups and much, much more. White River Medical Center, a multitude of medial specialists, and several pharmacies can also be found in Batesville, ensuring good medical care is always close at hand. Sun Valley Apartments consists of twenty 1-bedroom unitis featuring carpeting throughout except for kitchen and bath areas, mini blinds, central heat & air, range and refrigerator, emergency pull-cord switches in the bedroom and bathroom, and a lovely sitting porch for visiting with the neighbors or just enjoying a quiet afternoon. Also, the apartments are wired for cable TV and telephone, which are available at the renter's expense. There is a manager's office on site along with a coin-operated laundry facility and tenant mailboxes. The beautifully landscaped grounds make their attractive brick apartments seem to sit in the country, but they are actually just a short distance away from the activity of town. All apartments are on the ground level with sidewalks providing easy access to all apartments, mailboxes, and the office and laundry room. Lawn care and maintenance are provided. Sun Valley Apartments are exclusively reserved for people 62 years or older. Rent is calculated based on incodme and all utilities are paid.
