Comment from Ms. McClain on 2016-09-28 16:12:20: I live in Grant Development. This beautiful historical area as well as building. I just wish we the tenants had terraces. Oh How I would love that. I really wish they do something with the shelter guys that just takes over the front side and all the way around on Pacific street side. It's to the point the tenants just crossed the streets just so we won't and don't have to passed them. Their very rude, disrespectful, drunk, on some kind of form of narcotics. Very vulgar language all the time. Always fighting among each other. They comes into our building all times of the day and night. We have security but their only here til Two in the morning. I've been living here eight or nine years now. I Love it here. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe for the most part. I just wish and hope someone will read this and try to respond or do something about this matter.
