Comment from princess on 2016-12-20 03:16:12: Every time Management put their family (Victor) in charge of taking the rent money I and other tenants began to get certified letters stating we owe rent and have to take off from work to go to court. (one month rent). I hope this is not happening again where as the tenants rent money orders are not being submitted for rent. Management needs to take those tenants that owe $10,000 dollars and more to court and not worried about the tenants who owe one months rent.
