Comment from Desperate on 2019-08-15 17:58:06: It is a disappointment to have to call the main office for work to be done in your apartment. I have had trouble with the plumbing in my apartment and could not use my toilet for two days. Call at 9:20 in the morning and your already talking to the answering machine. Call at 4:00 in the afternoon and your talking to the answering machine. You have no access to the super who lives in the building. Unfortunately, I have not had good experiences with him and the work he should have corrected in my apartment. The management also has an office in the building. However, if you blink your eye you will also miss them. This is the third day I have not been able to use my toilet. I don't know who else to call.
