Comment from very disappointed on 2015-06-12 21:28:01: I lived in this development..... I lived on a nice floor with working families.... however, the crack heads would be on my floor late at night causing a fuss... furthermore, the lights is always an huge issue.. people don't realize it but they are only paying the lights to the landlord not con Edison...the windows are also bad....extreme heat in the summer and extreme cold in the winter..... laundry is also always out of service...but they want their rent on time and is very quick to take you to housing court... left three years ago and never looked back.....love the duplex but not suitable for working families who want to live comfortable. I hope the management clean up their act so good tenants can live safe
