Comment from Tenant on 2022-01-11 13:05:22: It's a great location and has a decent entryway. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone until there is new management or a change. It's been seven supers in four years since I have been here. Management is unprofessional and speaks condescendingly and horribly to tenants/and staff when you approach her for appointments that she forgets and will reschedule when you get there. Management has spoken loudly to tenants shouting their personal business with her office door open. You're problematic when you let her know you need something or stay on top of her to finish repairs or for documentation needing to adjusted. There has not been a meeting for the tenants because she doesn't want tenants getting together to talk about building issues because most of it is because of her pure neglect. Her family provides the contractors that come into your homes. Alleged drug use has been speculated. Unfortunately, the only way I will correspond is through email because Mrs. Carrington (leasing manager) can't remember anything and will lie and say she never said anything. It's been a true headache for four years Please do not let your elderly parents/ or disabled family members come here unless you communicate with management alongside them for all things. (repairs, recertification, applying for application, etc)
