When you need help, with household repairs, healthcare monitoring or rehabilitation, CenterLight Health System offers a variety of programs and services to meet your needs. In addition to affordable senior housing, our offerings include Skilled Nursing, Adult Day Health Care, Managed Long Term Care, Long Term Home Health Care, Best Choice Home Health Care, and music therapy services through the Institute for Music and Neurologic Function.
