Comment from Amari on 2022-01-11 12:54:58: I am just writing this review and need other ppl to add their review either positive or negative if you want to label it. My mother has been living at these appts for many years and never had a problem with the persona in charged of maintenances before, but since we have this new person, we have been having problem with the new supper or the person in charge. The guy see this job as a 9-5pm job. After 3pm, we can not find this guy if we need him. Whenever we ask for some help to this guy, he complains and insults us saying "I am not here as a babysitter." If he is asked to check an appliance, he does not do anything about it. My mother fridge is having some problem for a while and he said that he is being there too many times for the same problem. My mother told him that she will ask one of her daughter to buy a stove and he replay was "Well, then ask your daughter to buy one." This guy, who I do not know his name, or anyone who work with this population needs to understand that they are working with elderly therefore, they should treat them with respect and understanding, otherwise, they need to find other find of job. It is not a job good for them. I believe some of these places need more supervision. Some of the people who live at these appts, believe that when they submit complaints, nothing is done about it.
