Comment from help on 2014-12-28 02:37:19: This would be a very nice an enjoyable place to live if the property manager wasn't so rude disrespectful an nasty.Also if the tenants personal business would stay just that personal.she doesn't give proper notice of the changes that is being made as far as how your rent is to be paid nor that the office will be closed..she post sticky notes on your mail box instead of putting a note in the box or on your door so everyone that passes by knows your business.she lets the mantince crew go into your apartment any time they want they have the keys to every apartment so they just open the door for whom ever to enter as well.I can go on an on about this property manager for day's but this is enough.this building needs a change! It needs someone that actually cares an not just here for a pay check

The property manager is very rude an disrespectful they allow the maintenance an the exterminator to enter your apartment at any time example it's 9am I'm still sleep I hear a knock on the door as I'm going to see who it is a man is already opening my door yes iam a single female an the only thing he did was replace a light bulb over my stove!!! Now in the lease it saids they will enter to make repairs if it is an urgent repair. That was not urgent!!! I should have been told there is to be a bulb there so I could have relpaced it.also the exterminator entered my apartment while I was gone knock over my lamp broke the bulb now it isn't working properly!! If I had known this type of things where aloud to go on I would have never moved in this building!!! There is much more that causes the buliding to be a very ubhappy place to live.I hope I can find a pace soo!!!

Comment from Eugene A. Todie on 2016-12-15 16:14:04: I visited my mother for the 4th of July, 2016; she lives at the Touraine apt. building. The vist was postponed immediately when the intercom didn't work in the lobby. I rang the security buzzer and I was greeted by an inebriated individual who made disparaging remarks about my disabled mother when I identified myself and stated whom I came to see. Regardless of being insulted beyond reason, I was escorted to my mother's floor by this individual. He got excited or something to that nature when he saw my mother greet me and then he attacked me! I did what I could to defend myself with out hurting the drunk security guard. Taking advantage of a substance abuser isn't my forte. I am seriously distraught by this experience and it would of never occurred if the building's management was more stringent with its hiring process and upkeep of the facility.
