Located in North Syracuse, New York, in a peaceful wooded area with beautiful landscapes, the community offers 152 one- and two-bedroom apartments with many modern conveniences. The monthly rent includes all utilities. This is made possible by financing and assistance from federal, state and local government programs, which allows us to provide beautiful and affordable apartments to those who qualify. Each apartment has an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, two patios or two balconies, individually controlled heating and cooling, and energy efficient doors and windows. Centerville Court is also conveniently located near a regional bus line that loops through the community on a regular schedule. We have a very active resident association and are never short of activities. The community room is bustling with scheduled events. Residents are encouraged to participate but are always welcome to choose the quiet and solitude of their modern apartment, patio or balcony. Residents are also welcome to reserve the community room at no charge to host an event of their own.

Comment from Joanne Revere on 2015-09-26 01:45:39: I loved living at Centeville Court apts. I moved to Florida and came back. I want to move back into Centerville Court apts. I miss it so much. I lived there 10 years so it is home to me. I visit there and grow so home sick. I have an app in there and only hope it a 1 bedroom apt. becomes available for me really soon.To me, it is home sweet home. Great Place to live,and great staff.
