All units are affordable housing, income restrictions apply and rental subsidies available. ?The complex consists of 87 housing units within two separate buildings: one 7-story high-rise and one 2-story low-rise. There is a beautifully landscaped courtyard and a well-lit, off-street parking area. Within the building is a community room that is used to host monthly membership meetings and other activities. ?At Seabury Cooperative Housing, we are a family. If we see something, we say something. Neighbors helping neighbors is what we are about. The owner, Seabury Cooperative, Inc., is a non-profit corporation governed by a Board of Directors who are active in the affairs and management of the property. A different kind of homeownership. Unlike condominium owners, cooperative members do not individually own the units they occupy. Instead, they own shares that entitle them to occupy their units.
