Comment from Henry Dickenson on 2020-09-29 19:18:25: I have never...ever...EVER in my life seen so much B.S. shoved onto one page. This entire page is a complete fabrication. This 40-year-old dump is owned by a family, the Revas (apparently this makes them somehow more important than the average Joe) and all they are looking to do is squeeze every penny out of the poor souls who live there because they know its running into the ground and they use a band of thugs from Carr Property Management and their lackey "property manager" to lie, rob, ruin, steal and destroy. The tenants can't ever leave because not only are they low-income and cant afford it but these people are ripping them off and ruining their reputations as tenants so no one else will rent to them. Thankfully I was able to move in with my son so I could get out but someone needs to get off their asses and hold these hoods accountable for these atrocities. HUD helps pay for these apartments...so where in the hell are they?! People are feeling a level of security renting into these places BECAUSE HUD id attached to it and instead its leaving these poor souls in the lurch while the Revas cash the checks their making off of the federal funding. Its always great to see our tax dollars at work. 43 years I worked to end up ripped off and ruined by these people. Greedy bastards! DO NOT GET CAUGHT IN THAT TRAP. IT WILL RUIN YOU AND YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN BECAUSE SOMEBODY ELSE WHO ALREADY HAS MORE THAN ENOUGH JUST WANTS MORE OFF OF OUR BACKS!
