Details: Orford Village Commons is a HUD 202 PRAC elderly housing facility. There is one building of 3 stories with 39 one-bedroom units. Each unit has its own entrance from a common hallway. There is an elevator. There are 4 units adapted for persons with disabilities and the whole building is accessible. The average size of a unit is 560 square feet. Comment from Deb Inaze on 2019-12-02 12:06:57: You will be threatened to be evicted to minor things in your apartment. Also back stayed without any warning that they will call the authorities on you without your knowledge. They threaten to evict you also. You are told what to keep in your apartment. You have to comply with their rules but they blame HUD. I plan to go to HIS to find out more. Even when you comply with them they threaten you. They don't give you reasonable time to straight the apartment up.
