Details: Grace House is a housing facility for the elderly; each household must have at least one member who is 62 years of age or older. There is one four-story building with 40-one bedroom apartments. Four units are adapted for persons with disabilities and all of the building is accessible. All other units are adaptable if needed. The approximate size of a unit is 536 square feet. Grace House is managed by Elderly Housing Management, Inc. and sponsored by New Samaritan Corporation. The facility is financed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through its 202 PRAC Program, and as such follows the regulations of that Agency. All residents must meet income restrictions as established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Rents are 30% of monthly adjusted household income and include all utilities except telephone, cable TV and air conditioning. Grace House is owned by Grace Congregate Housing, Inc., a non-profit organization.

Comment from Yvonne Bay on 2016-08-18 13:44:18: I feel very disappointed from the decision made after I was the first to apply to Grace House I was not at the age 62 at that time but then after reapplying I was told to be in a waiting list..
