Details: The Minocqua area is called “Nature’s Original Water Park” because it’s located in the middle of Northern Wisconsin’s Lake Country. Located on Minocqua’s north side, Mary John Vanderloop Villa consists of 20 one-bedroom apartments including kitchen/dining room combination, living room, and bathroom. This building also includes a community room with kitchen facilities, a laundry room, indoor mail delivery, an indoor trash room, off-street parking, and a service coordinator available to residents. Service coordinators assist residents in identifying, locating and acquiring the services necessary for them to remain self-reliant and age in place in their own homes. Service coordinators provide assistance and access to community-based supports and resources for individuals to achieve self-sufficiency and economic independence. Baybarry Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Impact Seven, Inc., pays for heat, water, sewer, and trash removal. Designated for the elderly, income-eligible residents pay electricity and rent is based on 30% of their adjusted income.
