Comment from not veryhappy on 2015-08-25 00:49:04: the woods apartments are old. they use indoor outdoor carpeting with no backing in the apartments so you hear what your upstairs neighbor is doing and the people below hear what you are doing. the windows are so old they are taping the screens in place nothing gets fixed properly because parts are no longer available. thermal pain windows are cracked which defeats the purpose of having them. Electric bills are high - if you need to run the air conditioner plan on a 100.00 or so a month. The lighting is horrible, so if you need light as most of us up there in age do plan on bringing your own light fixtures. it is quiet, people for the most part are nice. Just remember it is low income and sad to say the owners are in it for the bucks they can make.

Comment from Henry on 2017-09-29 13:09:53: the woods is an older building and it shows on the inside - stained carpeting, the walls are dingy, kind of depressing place on the inside. From the outside, you see dirty widows and torn up blinds making one think about the people living in the apartments. think I will pass
