Comment from Kelvin Brown on 2016-09-22 15:14:03: I now reside in an apartment at Lincoln Manor since March 2013. Since I have lived here, I have the scent of cigarette smoke/residue in my apartment. I have complained and have asked for another apartment. After asking for another apartment after 3 months, I was told that I would have to stay in this apartment for one year before that could be done. they just started a No Smoking Band there is still the smoke residue through the building. Especially if you reside above the smoking unit. So I have to put up with this nonsense , I will find a way to get out of Lincoln Manor as soon as I can. Above all else I am paying 50% of my income and could get cancer from inhaling this aftermath of cigarette smoke.
