The Villa includes a private bedroom for each resident with a shared kitchen/dining room combination, living room, and bathroom. This building also includes live-in caretaker (24-hour supervision), chair-lift to the basement area, extra storage, and a laundry room available for resident use. Ghost Creek Housing Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Impact Seven, Inc., opened this building in 2004. Income eligible residents pay 30% of their adjusted income for rent and all utilities are paid for by the owner.
