Near the courthouse and Development Center, this building also includes a community room with kitchen facilities, extra storage, indoor mail delivery, a laundry room, screened-in porch, on-site caretaker, and a service coordinator available to residents. Coffee Lake Housing Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Impact Seven, Inc., opened this building in 2005. Designated for persons living with a developmental disability, income-eligible residents pay electricity, and rent is based on 30% of their adjusted income. Heat, water, sewer, and garbage removal are paid for by the owner.
